De-emphasizing wrinkles with the Healing Brush

- [Instructor] We're going to take a moment to learn how to lessen the appearance of wrinkles in a photograph. I'll use Command + 1 on Mac or Control + 1 on Windows in order to zoom to 100%. I'll press down the spacebar in order to reposition this couple in the image area. Since we're just going to de-emphasize the wrinkles I'm going to create a new layer by clicking on the Layer icon so that I can reduce the opacity of the layer in a moment. Then I'll tap J in order to select the Healing Brush and make sure that I have the Spot Healing Brush selected. I'll be sure to Sample All Layers in the Options bar and set the Type to Content Aware. Now the wrinkle is being accentuated by this strong, directional light, so let's actually zoom in again using Command + and then get a little bit smaller brush using the left bracket key, and then I will paint over the wrinkles here, in his chin. Maybe even here, then we'll move up around…
