Duplicating and centering shapes

- [Narrator] In this movie, we'll begin work on a more advanced project in which we take this seemingly mundane collection of shapes, which are actually fairly challenging to create, and we're going to turn them into this exciting photo-realistic superhero shield. Alright, so I'm going to start off inside of this grunge image. And I'm going to set up some center guides in a way that I don't think we've seen before. So I'll go ahead and zoom out here, and then I'll go up to the View menu and choose New Guide Layout. And so long as the Preview checkbox is turned on, you'll see Photoshop add guides in the background. And so by default it wants to create four rows, and it does so using a total of five guides: one at the top, one at the bottom, and three in the middle. We just want two rows, which is going to give us extra guides at the top and bottom, but, frankly, who cares? And then I'll turn on columns as well and set it to two, and that gives us the center guides that we're looking…
