- [Instructor] So far in this chapter, we've been looking at some of the organizational benefits you can make inside of a file, and we're gonna broaden that out to things you can do inside the application starting with the toolbar. Now you should really be using quick keys, because it's the fastest way to work. They're spring loaded, which means they can be activated really really quickly, and they are the best way to work. You can't always do that though, and they're difficult to remember. There are lots of them. So what we're going to do here is we're going to remove some of the tools that we don't actually need. So when you're working on a project like this email template, for example, you're probably not doing that much painting. You're probably not doing that much history brush or that much of a few other things. What we can do is come down to the ellipsis down here and press on that and then choose to edit the toolbar, and we get this customized toolbar panel like so. So I'm…
