Erodible brushes

- [Instructor] So I've opened up the Ben.psd file from our exercise files, and the last demo that we're going to look at is the erodable brush tip. The erodable brushes give you the look and feel of a sketch, such as a pencil or pastel brush, where it actually erodes as you draw, and you can sharpen the tip when you need to. To see how this effect looks, take a look at the sketch layer over on our layers panel, and you can see kind of a final result here. I've got this nice sketch quality on top of our existing image. To achieve this, we're gonna start by creating two layers. The first layer is just going to be a blank layer that we're then going to fill with white. After we've filled this, we're gonna change our opacity down to about 30%. Think of this like a piece of tracing or parchment paper. This is gonna kind of mask our image a little bit, and allow us to draw on top of it unobstructed. Then we're gonna create a second layer, and we're actually gonna name this sketch2. This is…
