Evening out color and lighting

In this movie, we'll take our corrected photograph, and we'll even out the color and the lighting of the scene, in order to create this final effect here. And even though this has nothing whatsoever to do with the lens correction filter, or the perspective warp command, it has everything to do with quality image editing here inside Photoshop. And so I'll go ahead and switch over to our image so far. now the easiest way to even out the color in this layer, is to make sure the layer is selected, here inside the layers panel, then drop down to the FX icon at the bottom of the panel and choose Color Overlay. Now by default you may end up coloring your entire image gray, but whether or not that's the case, go ahead and click on the color swatch and then dial in a shade of lavender, which has a hue value of 240 degrees, and a saturation of 25%, a brightness of 50% is just fine. At which point I'll go ahead and click OK to accept that change. And then I'll change the blend mode from Normal…
