Five ways to zoom continuously
- All right now, I'll show you how to zoom continuously or at least to a custom zoom ratio. And as you can see back on the PC even though of course everything works the same on the Mac. Now, Photoshop being Photoshop gives you a bunch of different ways to do anything. And that is definitely true for continuous zooming. And so notice in all, we have five different methods each one of which I will review, and by the way they are listed in order of importance. So the best one of them all is up here at the top. You can click and hold with the zoom tool. And so I'm going to temporarily access the zoom tool by pressing and holding the Z key, like so and then I'll click and hold inside the image window and notice that I'm zooming in continuously until I release the mouse button. You'll also notice that you've achieved a custom zoom ratio in my case at 624%, but your results will vary. All right, let's say that I want to zoom out…
