Fix simple hotspots with Lightroom
- [Instructor] Skin reflects light and the highlights and shadows shape our features. But if it reflects too much, it's distracting. Use the Healing Brush to minimize it. Make sure the brush is on healing mode and zoom in. Let's work on his nose first. Resize the brush and click. Lightroom picks the source area that looks good, but I don't want to totally get rid of the shine. Instead I want to bring the opacity down a little bit, so it looks more natural. Now, brush over the shine on his forehead but be careful to stay away from his eyebrows. This time Lightroom source area is not so good and there's not enough skin to use as a source area. So zoom out and pull the source pin to any untextured neutral area in the photo. This gray would work, but I like this area better because it has some warmth to it.
