- [Man] In this movie, I'll share with you some tips and tricks for working with the spot healing brush. So for starters here, let's say I scroll up to the top of this girl's forehead and I decide I want to take out this cluster of freckles using a big brush. So if I right-click inside the image window, you can see that my size is set to 100 pixels. You almost always want the hardness to be 100%, because otherwise you can end up incorporating too much information around the edge of your brushstroke. So 100 for the size, 100 for the hardness value. I'll go ahead and press the enter key, or the return key on the Mac in order to hide the panel and then I'll click right about there, and notice what happens. I end up repeating a nearby detail. And obviously that is not something I want, that's something you should keep an eye out for.
