How do I fix perspective?
- Sometimes, when you shoot a photo, your camera's position might be slightly off. Maybe you're shooting from a lower angle and it's tilted up or off to the side. In this case, you can get some unwanted perspective shift. But Photoshop has some very powerful tools to fix this. Let's go ahead and open up two images here. And, in this first image, I'll select the Transform tool. Remember, if you're not opening up a raw file, you can apply this to an image using "Filter", "Camera Raw". Now you'll see from the Upright ability here we can choose a balanced adjustment, or force a horizontal leveling or a vertical leveling. And it goes to the scene and attempts to fix the image. Now, this last one can be very aggressive, but you see that it completely removed any of the wide-angle aspects, giving us perfectly clean horizontal and vertical lines.
