Improving a vacation photo
- [Instructor] One of the things that I really enjoy about vacation and travel is the chance to see new things, and that always inspires me to take photographs. So here in this week's episode of Photo Tools Weekly, let's take a look at how we can improve a vacation or travel photo like this one here. And let's start off by talking about what we want to do and then let's execute. All right well with this photograph of this sculpture here, what I want to do is I want to remove some of the distracting elements. So over on the left, the lifeguard tower little shrub there, these trees or palm branches I should say because they're not really adding anything, a couple over there, and then the traffic lights. Okay well how do we do that? Well first we're going to zoom in, press the space bar key to access the Hand Tool and zoom into a problem area and grab a selection tool like the Lasso Tool.
