Inking
- [Instructor] What if you want to take the black line and color it, so you have your line layer, I'll go through this one more time, we have our mask our line, and then we have all the different parts on layers. So let's make a new layer here. I'm going to call it ink for an ink line, and we will hold on out option a nested inside the line. Now anything I draw will be masked to the black line. So let's use I, hit I on the keyboard and select the skin color. And now we'll pick a lighter version of that maybe up here, click okay, and now if we zoom in, pick the brush tool. You can see we have an amazing instant effects of an incline. And again, if I hold on out option and pull it out, you see how crude that is, how quickly we can add this. So what I'm doing is imagining a light source from up here. So imagine that we have light hitting the top of the character and I'm just painting it in for I think they should go there'll be…
