- [Instructor] Alright, now let's take a look at the color range command. So, I'll start things off by switching back to the layers panel. And, notice that this active layer is red, which tells us we're currently seeing the contents of an alpha channel. If you want to switch back to the full color composite, just go ahead click on the layers thumbnail. And now, just to eliminate confusion, here, I'll switch back to the rectangular marque tool, which you can get by pressing the m key. And then, I'll go up to the select menu and choose the color range command. And notice, if you loaded my custom d keys, that I've given you a keyboard shortcut, of control shift alt g, on the pc, or command shift option g, on the Mac, the g being for the second to last letter in the word range. Alright, so I'll go ahead and choose that command. Now, if this is your first time seeing this dialogue box, it may not look like a selection function at all.
