Layer opacity and blending modes

- [Instructor] When it come to fine-tuning the appearance of a project, the devil is in the details, and those details often come down to fine adjustments that often include tweaking the opacity of en element or changing its blending mode. Let me show you how I like to adjust these properties within Photoshop. So over here on the layers panel, you're going to see again I have a bunch of layers that compile this particular project, and what I'd like to do to start is I'm going to click on the H+ Sport logo, and if you look in the layers panel up here at the top, the opacity is currently set to 76%, and we can mess around with the opacity value. I can click on the arrow, and I can drag, and as I'm going to show you a little bit later, we can also utilize the scrubby sliders to adjust that, but sometimes it's better if I can visually look at my project and be able to see the adjustment as I make it instead of having to focus on the layers panel.
