- [Instructor] With our base scene again open, let's take a look next at how we might go about lighting our set this time using just a single V-Ray light operating in plane mode. In our left view port then let's left click and drag to add one of those from the V-Ray toolbar. As this is currently intersecting our scene geometry, let's use the view ports to drag the light into a more suitable location. And if we then take a render from the camera view, they should give us a fairly nice looking, albeit dark and contrasted image. Now, we may find that things are either a little too bright or a little too dark here, depending on the size of the light that we originally created. And so let's resize over in the modify tab to about 35 by 35 centimeters, which of course, if we are already there or thereabouts, should be fine. If we make sure once again that we aren't intersecting the cloth geometry, we can take another render.…
