Loading and stacking the layers

- Now before you load the images into a stack you might decide to do a little bit of development. I've already processed the images but let me show you what I did. Now in this case we're working with Raw files and I can press Command or Control + A to select all. I'll right click and choose Open In Camera Raw. And this works the same whether you're using Raw or JPEG files. Now when you do this there might be a lot of noise on the nighttime image, so it'll take a second for Camera Raw to clean that up. Ultimately what I did here was I developed the image to really get a good balance on the night sky and the foreground. I also used the graduated filter here to darken the thing down at the top of the sky. You'll see in this case what it did was apply the little bit of a darkening effect so we got more of a ramp, and that was quite useful. I also used the ellipse tool here to put a little bit of darkening down because we actually had a bit of a rainbow forming in the night sky there, and…
