Making channel-by-channel adjustments

- [Instructor] In this movie, I'll show you how to make your own, custom channel by channel modifications, but first I want to show you a little interesting gotcha here. Let's say you went ahead and selected the gray point eyedropper, and then you hide the properties panel, and you don't notice that your gray eyedropper is still selected, and you go and click on something, like so. Well then, obviously you can just press control + z or command + z on the Mac to undo that modification, but the real question is, how do you get this tool unselected? If you take a look at the toolbox over here, you can see that no tool is selected up and down the list, so all you have to do to return control to, for example, the rectangular marquee tool, is click on it, or I could just go ahead and press the m key, and that would do the trick, and now if I click in some other location, I'm going to start a new selection instead of ruining my image.
