- [Voiceover] Now, it's time to use Selections and Masking to hide the blurry background in the center portrait and reveal the extended background from the two full length layers underneath it. So before I get started, I'm going to do a little bit of housekeeping here in my Layers panel and I want to place the two layers that now comprise my center image into their own layer group so that's the Sleeves layer here and then of course our original center image. I'm going to click on the Sleeves layer to make sure it's active and then Shift click on the Center layer to add that into the Selected layers there and I'll just drag these down to the layer group icon in the bottom of the Layers panel and I'll double click on that name and I'll just rename that Center. Next, I'm going to open up that group so I can see inside it and I'm going to click on the Center layer here to make it the active layer.
