Metadata, boring but essential

- [Tony] It's a really good idea to apply metadata to your work for a number of reasons. It's such a good idea in fact that many enterprises insist on metadata being applied, and have systems to enforce it even. It's easy to do at a file level. If you go to the file menu for any file you have open in any of the Creative Cloud applications, you'll find a file info window, and then you can start to complete that out. So for example, document title here. This would be Email Template and then the author, that would be my good self and so on. So I don't rate my own work (laughing) but I could do that, my title, a description of what the file is about, and all of these things aid searchability here and keywords associated with it, those are kind of important in there too, and the copyright status, so copyrighted here, and so on.
