- [Instructor] You are looking at the homepage on my iPhone start screen that shows many of the photo-processing apps that I use including the ones that I will show you throughout the rest of this chapter. Let's start with Mextures. Mextures is a full-featured app that ships with many textures, uses blending modes, and allows you to save and retrieve formulas. You can see Mextures on my screen with the sort of stylized M with a triangle. Right now, I am gonna tap Mextures to get it started. So this is the initial opening screen for Mextures and you need to choose, at this point, between your camera and your library. I strongly suggest you choose library, I have found that it does not work very well to go straight from camera to one of these textural apps. So, I'm tapping Library, and the next thing I need to do is to choose a photo to work on. The default that Mextures brings up is the complete album of my photos and I've actually pre-prepared a sub-album with some of the photos that…
