Modify Smart Object video layers
- [Instructor] Before we export a copy of the video that includes the changes and the effects, there are a few things that we need to do to clean up the file. This will also provide an opportunity to tell you about how modifications can affect video clips that have been converted to Smart Objects. So the first thing that I need to do is a trim two of these video layers. The lightbulb copy two and then the original lightbulb 'cause they extend far beyond where they need to be and my effect essentially ends right here where this text layer ends so I'm gonna actually make that a little bit longer, let's take it up to about 18 seconds. Alright so that's good enough and let's stretch that out. So I'm gonna click on lightbulb copy two in the timeline and grab the right side of it and just bring it back to where the playhead is. I'll do the same thing for the regular lightbulb Smart Object layer and bring it back there. And you can see here that my work area indicators have synched up as…
