Modifying camera paths

Right now we have a very mechanical camera path. The camera moves at exactly the same speed like this. Clunk. There's no acceleration, deceleration or curvature to it. It's a pretty straight linear path. Let's change that 'cause it just doesn't look natural. What we're going to do here is start to modify it, so first, I'm going to select my keyframes here and right click and choose to Ease Out. This creates some resistance as we leave and then we'll choose Ease In. If we look a look at the keyframe velocity graph here, you see we now have some acceleration and deceleration. Let's play that in real time so you can watch. It ramps up and then comes to a nice gradual stop. It looks a lot more natural but I want to take this a little bit further. Instead of this being so linear, I'll come up and grab my vertex tool. It's located here in the pen tool. Let's just switch back from the velocity graph. And select the…
