Modifying keyboard shortcuts to boost productivity
- Shortcuts are a great way to increase your productivity when you notice that you're selecting the same commands over and over throughout the day. Now, when I select one of the menu items, we can see the keyboard shortcuts for many of these items although they don't all have them but for example, to create a new document, it would be command in on Mac or control in on windows. This icon right here is going to be the Option Key on Mac or the Alt Key on windows and then we have the shortcut for the Shift Key which is this arrow. Now because not every command or every tool has a keyboard shortcut, we can assign Custom Keyboard Shortcuts in Photoshop. And one of the actions that I do all the time when I have multiple documents open, is I switch between arranging them so that I could see them all by tiling them and then going back to seeing just one of them by consolidating all two tabs.
