- [Chris] Hello friends, this is Chris Orwig and welcome to Photo Tools Weekly. In this week's episode, you get a two-for-one because we working on two different images and here I want to take a look at how we can go from mediocre to magnificent. We'll be working with two different photographs of different kinds of trees. First palm trees and then second redwood trees. Now, both of these images aren't great. I would say they are mediocre. And I want to look at how we can take something where we start off with a fun idea that didn't really turn out and make it stronger. So the idea for this one was to shoot up into the palm trees. I'm using a 35mm lens, not super wide, but I'm getting this lens flare effect because I'm shooting at f22, right? So, the image is too dull and I need more blue and I need more contrast. So, what we can do here is with our temperature slider we can just start to experiment with different ways…
