Packaging the file

- [Narrator] The final stage in this process and indeed the chapter, would be to actually package this file up so that it can be handed off to somebody else who needs it or archived with safety, knowing that everything in it is up to date and present. The first stage of that would be ensuring that the main document and any other documents that it's using are saved. Don't forget that you can see an asterisk just to the right of a file name here in these tabs if things aren't saved. But this is so it's all good to go. And you need to do this from the top of the tree. And in this particular case, that is of course, the main document which uses the active area which uses all of the other files in there. All we need to do then would be to go to the file menu, and choose the package command. The next thing you get would be, where do you want the package to be stored? And depending on the complexity of the file, it depends…
