Painting with randomly fluctuating colors

- [Instructor] In this movie I'll show you how to paint an image with a pattern of randomly fluctuating colors. Specifically we'll be creating this digital makeup around this guy's eyes and incidentally this is nothing more than a solid color layer of purple subject to the Add Noise and Gaussian Blur filters. Alright, so I'll go ahead and switch over to our image in progress here, and I want to create this layer in front of the vignette layer, so I'll go ahead and select it here inside the Layers Panel, and then I'll go up to the Layer Menu, choose New Fill Layer, and choose Solid Color, or if you loaded D keys you can press Control + Shift + One or Command + Shift + One on a Mac, and that's the number one incidentally, not the F1 key. Alright, I'll go ahead and name this layer purpleness, let's say, and click OK, and then I'll dial in a shade of purple by changing the hue value to 280 degrees. Then I'll take the saturation value up to its maximum, 100%, and I'll set the brightness…
