- [Instructor] Okay. So we have to work on this layer mask. And we're going to use the brush tool to do that. First of all, looking at the layers panel, I'm going to make sure that the highlighting is around the layer mask for this layer. And then select the brush tool. Now, if you've watched this course sequentially, you will have used a couple of painting tools already. Most notably the healing tool. And of course, the stamp tool as well. So some of the controls here will already be familiar such as the one here to change the brush size. I'm going to bring this right the way down here to about 10, something in that region, not essential. Underneath that, we have the opacity. And I'm going to go with 100% opacity here. And then the hardness. And I'm going to keep this at a hardness of zero. So a very soft brush. Beneath that, we have an ellipsis, which has some options for the settings for the brush.
