Pasting a selection in place
- [Instructor] All right, so while this detail is looking great, we have an alignment problem, and that's because I chose the standard paste command. And so notice when I'm zoomed in, as I am right now, if I return to the edit menu and once again choose the paste command, then I'm going to paste the image so it's more or less centered inside the image window. And so notice if I were to press Control + zero or Command + zero on the Mac in order to center my zoom, we can see that not only is this new guy in the wrong place, but so is the pasted layer from the previous movie. And so notice if I press and hold the Z key and click a couple of times down here at the bottom of the image window that we have a gap between the bottom of this guy's shirt and the bottom of the sky. And so what I'm going to do is press Control + zero or Command + zero again in order to center my zoom, and I'll go ahead and select both of these new…
