- It's what the world has been waiting for, and now it's finally here, the 1.0 release of Photoshop on the iPad. And while it's doubtlessly going to have its critics who will claim that it isn't real Photoshop, it is using the Photoshop code base and it gives Adobe a huge opportunity to reimagine the user experience and also put even more power into our hands. The first release focuses on compositing and I'm going to show you how to get up and running with the features in the first mobile release of the world's favorite image editor.
