Photoshop’s most powerful plug-in returns

- Back in chapter 12 of the fundamentals course, I introduced you to Photoshop's most powerful plug-in, Camera Raw. Now as you may recall, Camera Raw is that plug-in that let's you develop raw photographs as if they were digital negatives. Not to mention, modify multiple photographs at a time. But as amazing as it might seem, we've only seen about half of what Camera Raw has to offer. What's left? Lens correction and a little thing called auto upright. Both of which allow you to remove unwanted distortion from a photo. You can also remove the color fringing that accompanies every photo, even those from high-end DSLRs, and you can paint in selective adjustments, using the adjustment brush and the graduated filter tool. More recently, Camera Raw added a dehaze function, which helps cut through the atmosphere on a hazy day, which is pretty amazing, but it's nothing compared with the plug-in's noise reduction and sharpening functions.
