Post-trip checklist
- [Instructor] So in the previous movies we've discussed prepping our gear, getting our gear to the dive destination, and then at the end of our dive trip prepping it for the trip home. So in this movie we're going to discuss what to do when you get back home. We're going to call this the Post Trip Checklist. So to start our post trip checklist off obviously the first thing you want to do is open your bag as soon as possible. There's probably still some residual moisture in there. Most dive destinations tend to be about 80 or 90% relative humidity and it's probably not going to be that way when you get home so even if you've dried everything as best you could there's probably still some humidity in that bag. So make sure as soon as you get home you open that bag up just to start drying it out. When you get a chance the next thing you want to do is take all of that equipment out check it to make sure it's dry especially looking closely at the buttons and dials for any salt build up you…
