- [Tony] Hi and welcome to Design Tools Weekly with me, Tony Harmer. This week, I'm wondering, are you putting your work out there? Especially if you're a freelancer, it's super important to do that, and even as part of a team. And for both of those instances, as a team and as individuals, you can put your work onto Behance. This is where you can be discovered by other creative peers. But not only that, it's also a hiring site. There's a hiring version of Behance that I believe is the most used creative hiring platform in the United States. You can add all of your different projects here and you can dig right into how they're made and all of the different aspects. It's a great way to share your work and talk about what you're doing and also to gain appreciation from the community, which is never a bad thing.
