Quick Export as PNG

- [Narrator] All right now I'll show you a command called quick export for PNG that's P-N-G by the way, which is pronounced PNG. And this is the ideal file format to use when you're creating designs for the web, or for mobile devices. Things like smartphones and tablets that run on iOS or Android. And the great thing about PNG, is it doesn't rewrite any of the pixels inside of an image. So it maintains the original image quality, and it supports transparency. And so I'm going to go over to the Layers panel here, and I'm going to turn off that dreamstime URL. And then I'll go ahead and scroll to the bottom of the panel and I'll click and drag on this eye in front of the night, layer down to background, in order to turn both of those layers off, so that we see a checkerboard pattern in the background. And here's the thing. Anytime you see a checkerboard pattern inside Photoshop, that means transparency. All right, now…
