- One of the quickest and easiest tools for creating selections in PhotoShop is, perhaps also one of the best named tools, the Quick Selection Tool, that really does make quick work of creating selections. And in many cases, does a surprisingly good job. So let's take a look at the use of the Quick Selection Tool. I'll go ahead first and foremost and select the Quick Selection Tool from the Toolbox, so I'll go ahead and click on the button for the Quick Selection Tool on the Toolbox then I can get started with that tool.
