Quicker layer masks with Levels

- [Narrator] In this movie I'll show you how to use the Levels command to increase the contrast of the layer mask in order to generally make quicker work of the masking process, and along the way we're going to mask this model with all of her hair against this blue sky background in order to create this final and I think fairly stunning effect, and it's actually very easy to pull off, and so I'll go ahead and switch over to my base image, which features a couple of photographs from the Photolia image library, and then we'll establish a base selection by going up to the Select menu and choosing the Color Range command. Now because she has so many colors that work inside of her hair and her face, it's going to be a lot easier to select her fairly solid background, so I'll go ahead and click someplace in the top left region of the image, and then I'll Shift click over here in the top right region. Notice that my Fuzziness value is set to 40 luminance levels, at which point I'll go ahead…
