Recoloring an image with a noise gradient map

- So far, we've been using a traditional gradient, one that smoothly blends between multiple color stops. However, there is an entirely new type of gradient in Photoshop called a noise gradient. Noise meaning randomness. Let me show you how it works. Click under adjustments and add the gradient map then just double click to open this up. Change it from solid to noise. Now, what you'll see is that it's using all the colors to create a new gradient. If you want, you could add random transparency and as you randomize, you'll see how it shifts. This can create a very cool illustration type look. Let's remove the transparency for a moment and just randomize. Notice, it experiments with all the colors here. If we uncheck restrict colors, it actually goes even broader and mixes in more. I suggest restrict colors to prevent them from becoming overly saturated and with the color model here, we can change things. Notice…
