Saving an animated GIF file

- [Tutor] In this movie, I'll show you how to save an animated GIF file. And while technically, you can do that using the standard "Save As" command, the only way to preview your settings, as well as your animation, is to use the good old "Save for Web" command. And so let's start things off by going up to the "Window" menu and choosing the "Timeline" command. So open the horizontal timeline panel down here at the bottom of the screen. And notice if I scroll over to the right, that I have a total of 88 frames in all. Now, we're currently looking at frame number 67. I want you to see how most of the frames are set to 0 seconds, meaning that there will be no delay when playing from one frame to the next. Although, it must be acknowledged that different browsers play GIF animations at different speeds. Other frames are set to a specific duration. For example, Frame 67 right here is set to 2 seconds, so that it lingers…
