- [Man] In this movie, I'll show you how to paint away aberrant colors, inside a photograph. And by aberrant, I mean just plain wrong. If I were to go ahead and select the eyedropper, which I can get by pressing the I key. Notice that I have the sample size set to five by five average, so I can get a good sense of what's going on inside any given area of the image. I also have my color panel up on screen. If you're not seeing yours, you can choose the color command from the window menu and I've gone ahead and clicked on the flyout menu icon in the upper right corner of the panel and chosen HSB sliders. And now, notice, if I click inside this area of hair, down here near the bottom of the image, that the hue value comes up as 206 degrees. That is blue, with a very high saturation value of 67%, albeit a low brightness value of 17%. If I click up here in her hair at the top of the screen, then I get a hue value of 146 degrees.
