Shooting for an action composite
- A popular technique, particularly for athletics, is to take a photo and then see the same athlete or dancer appear throughout the image multiple times. Now, this is a pretty straightforward technique, but you might not have ever thought about how to pull it off. First off, put the camera on a tripod or set it on the ground so it's absolutely stationary. Then you're going to want to take advantage of something like a remote control so you don't have to touch the camera. This can be done with a trigger release or an app. In the case here, I'm going to use a GoPro camera. And you can actually learn a bit more about shooting with GoPro cameras in action sports by checking out one of our courses in the online library. We visited a skate park and the athletes were doing some amazing things. What I want to do is actually combine this together.
