Simulating long exposures

- [Instructor] We're going to spend the next few minutes creating motion in an image using the Path Blur filter. This image of the iceberg was photographed on a small Zodiac. So it would have been very difficult to keep the iceberg sharp during a long exposure. In order to do this in a flexible manner, I'll want to choose the Filter menu, and then Convert the Background for Smart Filters. Then I'll choose the Filter menu again and select Blur Gallery and then Path Blur Photoshop automatically sets a path in the image area. I can change the speed of the blur by using the speed slider, and I can change the direction of the blur by clicking and dragging on either one of the end points. I can click on this point in the middle in order to adjust the path of the motion, and I can click and add additional points in order to adjust them even more.
