Stacking layer styles
- [Instructor] One of the limitations of layer styles is that you can only apply one style of a certain type to an object. And in some cases, you may want to apply more than one. I have an example here of some text, and I'd like to apply multiple strokes to that text. Let me show you a trick that will help us to accomplish that. So I have my type layer active, and just to point out, I did use an Adobe font, or a type kit font here, so as long as you're a Creative Cloud subscriber, you should be able to activate that. And with the type layer selected, I'm going to go ahead and click the effects button, and I'm going to choose stroke. And what I'm going to do is I'm going to apply, let's go with 25 pixels is probably pretty good, and then I'm going to go ahead and change the color to white. All right? Now you're not going to really see this here, and if you want to temporarily change the color to a different one, you'll be able to see what it looks like. But I'm basically just trying to…
