“Stylistic sets” are collections of alternate glyphs or characters associated with some very select or specific OpenType fonts. Examples include Trajan Color Concept, as demonstrated in this video, or you can download Hypatia Sans or Bickham Script from the online service, Adobe Fonts. All options are available from the Type Options region of the dramatically expanded Properties panel.
