Synchronize settings to multiple files
- [Instructor] One very useful feature that's available when working with files in both Adobe Camera Raw or Lightroom is the ability to adjust one file, and then apply those same settings to several other files. For basic overall adjustments, this is a great time saver since you don't have to adjust each file individually. And depending on the type of local adjustments that you may have applied, you may be able to synchronize those settings as well. Since night photography often involves several shots taken with similar exposures, it's a great way to be more efficient with your processing. Let's see how this works. So here in Camera Raw I already have four files loaded up, and the very first one waikiki01 has already had some adjustments applied to it. So if I come over here to the top of the basic tab in Camera Raw and click on this menu icon, I'll choose Camera Raw defaults, and now you can see the unadjusted version before I…
