- You've pretty much seen now the entire image editing tool set that I use. In Lightroom, I make global adjustments using those basic adjustment tools. I make some localized adjustments using the tools in Lightroom. And then if the image needs it, I head into Photoshop and make adjustments using adjustment layers and layer masks. And that's about it, I don't use much else. I'll use content-aware fills sometimes to fill in blank spaces in a panoramic stitch or something like that. And I'll use cloning and rubber stamp and healing tools either for times when I've got lots of sensor dust or lens flares or when I am trying to take out a power line or something. I don't do a lot of that kind of editing 'cause it's hard and I find it boring, but sometimes there's no way around it. You just have to do that kind of stuff.
