Tiedown and cleanup

- [Instructor] In the previous movie, I showed you how to do a gesture drawing, and these should be done very quickly, a few seconds, 20 seconds, 30 seconds, no more than a minute. And the idea is to capture the essence of the pose and the acting. And then I showed you how to do the rough on top of that, and it's a much cleaner version of the same pose, so we begin to polish it and tighten it up. But obviously, this is still showing construction lines. We want to go one step further and do a tiedown now. So let's go down here, make a new layer, hit the little new layer icon, and we'll call this tiedown. And because we want to have these separated visually, let's make this one green, so right-click on that and go Blending Options, Color Overlay, and pick a nice green color. You can slide this here, pick green, OK, OK. And you can always switch this on and off, of course, if you want to see the original in actually black, but…
