Trace the image in Illustrator

- [Instructor] So having prepared my image in Photoshop I'm now going to put it into Illustrator and in Illustrator I've created a layer called Image and I'm going to place the image on that layer. I'm linking the image and that's important because we are going to be making some edits to the image back in Photoshop and we want to see them update in Illustrator. So I'm going to increase the size of this and position it over that rectangle and come to the layer, I'll move the rectangle above the the picture in the sub-layers, click on the layer itself and then choose Make or Release Clipping Mask. I'll select the rectangle again 'cause it lost its white stroke when we made it into a clipping mask and I will now restore that white stroke. OK, now I'm going to select the picture, just make another adjustment to its position within that frame. Now I'm going to set these options up as best I can before I press Trace just so that I don't incur any delay time, the mode that I want is Color…
