- [Instructor] Alright, our new text is pretty tiny and frankly, it doesn't look all that different than the old text. I'll show you some tricks for modifying type size as well as working with script fonts here inside Photoshop. The first thing I'm going to do is select my text by double-clicking in the thumbnail for this new type layer. And I want you to notice that its layer name updated automatically as we changed the text. And again, if you decide to modify the layer name manually, that will not happen. At any rate, I'm going to double-click on the T here inside the Layers panel to highlight the text and automatically switch to the Type tool. And now I'm going to change the type size. You can do that by modifying the type size value, which you can do by clicking the down-pointing arrowhead and selecting a different size, you can enter your own value, you can scrub this T icon right there, so you've got a lot of different options that are available to you.
