Using the Color Balance command

- [Instructor] In this movie, I'll show you the old-school way to color balance an image and that's to use the color balance command. Now it's not my favorite command. It passes itself off as being easy, and it's actually quite challenging, but of all the things we'll review in this chapter, it's the only one that currently works with Photoshop for the iPad. So I want you to know it's there and so the first thing I'm going to do is turn on the color balance layer and then I'll click on it to select it. Obviously this is the uncorrected version of the image, and now I'll go up to the image menu, choose adjustments and then choose color balance, at which point we will see these three sliders: cyan to red, magenta to green and yellow to blue. Now the reason they're labeled this way, I'll go ahead and cancel out for a moment, is that's how the color wheel works. So along the horizontal axis, we have red on one side and cyan on…
