Using Image Size to change document dimensions

- [Instructor] In order to change the size of a document for a specific output device, we'll use Photoshop's image size command. Under the image menu I'll choose image size, or we could use the keyboard shortcut cmd+opt+i on Mac or ctrl+alt+i on Windows. On the left hand side we get a preview, and we can click and drag to pan around the image area. Or if we know that we want to view a specific area, we can hover the cursor on top of that area in the image and just click in order to preview that. The keyboard shortcuts to zoom in and out still work when you're in image size, so if I use cmd+1, for example, or crtl+1 on Windows, I can zoom in to 100% to make sure that I'm seeing an accurate preview as well. Now on the right hand side we can see what size this image is. It's almost a 25 meg file, and if I'm going to start changing the width and height and resolution, there are two different ways I can do this, either with the…
