Using the Open command

- [Instructor] All right, now let's say you want to open an image that you have not opened recently, then the easiest way to work is to click on the Open button, here in the home screen. If you're not seeing the home screen, if instead I were to click on the Ps icon to switch back to Photoshop Proper, then you would go up to the File menu and choose the Open command. Now I'm imagining that you have access to my Exercise Files, in which case, you want to go into the 01_image folder, and then into the DT banners sub-folder. DT, by the way, stands for Deke's Techniques, which is my weekly series here at "LinkedIn Learning." At which point, you'll see a bunch of thumbnails on the Mac. On the PC, it's very likely that you will not see thumbnails for these various files, in which case you can install a third party utility. And the one that I've had the best luck with is this guy right here, SageThumbs. Which by the way, at least…
