Whether you're looking to pursue a career in photography or just enhance your image making skills, this course is for you. My name's Julieanne Kost and I've been working on the Photoshop team at Adobe for over 25 years. Because Photoshop is such a complex program, I've created this essential training course to cover the tools and techniques specifically with a photographer in mind. We'll start by taking an in-depth look at how to make tonal and color adjustments using adjustment layers and smart objects to enhance our photographs. Then we'll discover how to combine multiple images together to create both realistic and surreal composites. We'll emulate traditional photographic effects and add split toning, color washes, and hand coloring to our images, walk through essential filters, cover retouching essentials, and create painterly effects. We'll use type and shape layers to create transparent watermarks using layer effects and see how to boost our productivity using libraries, smart objects, variables, and art boards, all while specifically targeting tasks and tools that photographers do and use most often.
